Cloudrunner is a full-scale Salesforce implementation designed to simplify AT&T’s organization-wide sales processes and enhance the customer, partner, and sales experience. Working in an agile environment, the team leveraged out-of-the-box Salesforce capabilities and industry best practices to streamline workflows and drive efficiency.

I built and maintained a scalable design system using SLDS (Salesforce Lightning Design System) and custom Figma components to ensure consistency and streamline design-to-dev handoff.

In addition, I designed the Check Availability flow—allowing users to validate service eligibility before ordering—and the Terms & Conditions experience, enabling customers to review and accept terms prior to submission.

Results

The Cloudrunner implementation significantly improved operational efficiency and user experience across AT&T’s sales organization. The redesigned workflows increased seller efficiency, returning an average of 22 minutes per day to each seller. Over five years, these optimizations contributed to an estimated $1.6 billion in savings, underscoring the measurable business impact of thoughtful UX design and system scalability.
