Led the UX design for Under Armour’s first-ever loyalty program, UA Rewards, creating email journeys and campaigns that connect athletes to the brand and drive engagement.
As the lead UX designer, I shaped the end-to-end experience for loyalty emails, including automated journeys, eCommerce campaigns, and ad hoc communications. I also partnered with Under Armour to demonstrate the strategic value of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, guiding the team on best practices to optimize engagement and retention.

Through my UX leadership and Salesforce implementation, UA Rewards quickly surpassed 1 million members, doubling repeat purchases within 90 days and strengthening brand loyalty. I helped Under Armour leverage Salesforce Marketing Cloud to automate emails, deliver personalized messaging (like birthday bonus points), and track performance—transforming how the brand engages and retains customers.
