Hilton App: Revenue Boosting UX

I led UX design enhancements for Hilton’s mobile app Shopping and Booking experience—redesigning search results cards, optimizing Add-Ons customization, and delivering high-performing reassurance messaging that drove the highest single-test revenue lift to date, $48M app. Partnering closely with the Digital Experimentation team, I used A/B testing to guide design decisions and delivered substantial business impact: in 2024, 72 experiments drove $134.4M in revenue across Shopping and Booking.

Results

I drove substantial business impact by redesigning key mobile app experiences. My work with the Digital Experimentation team enabled data-driven design decisions that maximized revenue—generating $134M in 2024 across Shopping and Booking, in addition to $55M from Add-Ons.

These efforts also improved user engagement, conversion, and the overall booking experience, while maintaining accessibility, brand consistency, and scalable design standards across Hilton’s digital platforms.
